  • Slečna na recepci byla velmi milá a usměvavá, taktéž personál v restauraci. Pobyt jsme si všichni užili a máme důvod se do Olomouce vrátit. Hlavně víme, kde se ubytovat.

  • Tvrdší pečivo namíchané mezi čerstvým.

  • Byli jsme zde s manželem a naším pudlíkem již po třetí . Pokoje krásné a velice pohodlné. Blízko u vlakového nádraží,takže veliká spokojenost. Na snídani bohatá nabídka ,každý si vybere ke své spokojenosti. Za nás vše na 1*.Personál Milý a vstřícný. VŠEM MŮŽEME VŘELE DOPORUČIT.

  • Problémy s parkovacími místy, všechna volná místa byla rezervována. Nabídka parkování mimo areál hotelu na veřejném parkovišti. Až po vyjádření silné nespokojenosti s touto skutečností byly nabídnuty parkovací možnosti před hotelem. Postrádal jsem informaci o této skutečnosti předem, byla zatajena.
